VEXILLONOTE # 1 : my project for a province FREE STATE is bikoz I DO NOT like the yello shape at all !!! This "yello shape" is actualy the combination of two things. The main part, upon which is the Orange River Lily, is a “per chevron inverted”. The chief (the top of the shield) is a “chief dancetty, with the peaks terminating in merlons”. “dancetty” is a zig-zag line, and “merlons” are the solid, upright sections of a battlement (a crenellated parapet of a castle).

Personal comment about this "dancetty & merlons" : Putain, keske c'est moche !!!!

Notice I also wonder if the word "dancetty" is realy apropriate. Indeed, I wonder if the word "indented" 'd not suit much better...... just like BAHRAIN, for instance :
